Products and Services

We provide at-home gut microbiome testing kits along with laboratory analysis and personal reports. These services are for informational and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions.


Refund and Return Policy

You may return any product within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our customer support at info@yourgutmap.co.uk, and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds won’t be issued if your testing kit has been received in the laboratory


Test Turnaround Times

We strive to deliver test results within the estimated timeframe communicated at purchase. Our average turnaround rate is met in over 99% of cases. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Laboratory capacity issues
  • Unexpected equipment or processing delays

In such cases, we will inform you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Use of Test Results

Our reports provide insights into your gut microbiome and are intended for general informational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health or dietary changes based on your results.


Your Responsibilities

By purchasing and using our kit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Carefully follow the instructions for sample collection and return
  • Use our products and services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
  • Customers must carefully follow the instructions for use. If the laboratory deems a sample inadequate, we will provide one replacement kit at no charge. If two samples are returned inadequate, the third submission will incur a £50 administrative fee.
  • If the test is to be shipped internationally, then please note additional fees will be included, alongside the administrative fee.
